Tom is the Chief Technology Officer. He is currently pursuing a Chemical Engineering Ph.D. at the University of Michigan with an emphasis in catalyst synthesis. He has two years of industry experience. His technical research experience is closely related to the product Ikanos is developing. |

Steven is the Chief Operating Officer. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan with an emphasis in fuel reforming. His technical background includes six years of experience with process design, automation and construction. His current research focuses on robust reforming technologies. |

Sameer is the VP of Research. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan with an emphasis in biomass gasification. He has two years of international laboratory research experience and four years of design experience in energy systems. |
 Professor Johannes Schwank |
Professor Johannes Schwank,Ph.D. is the CTO of Energy Technology Components (ETC), and a Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Michigan. He is the founding Director of the Transportation Energy Center (TEC), has authored more than 150 publications, and holds eight U.S. patents. Johannes will advise Ikanos Power on technical issues. |

Jerry Mader is the Chief Executive Officer of ETC, and Energy Research Director within TEC. A founding member of both the TEC and ETC, Mr. Mader was formally a part of California’s Electric Power Research Institute. He will utilize his relationships with the DoE and DoD to secure seed capital and grant financing for Ikanos. |

Professor David Brophy - Finance Professor at the University of Michigan, will advise on capital fundraising and VC investment as well as pricing and customer considerations. |
 Ray Pittman |
Ray Pittman– Former Exec. Director of Powertrain Operations at Ford Europe, will advise on manufacturing strategies. |

Wesley Huffstutter - Program Manager, Office of Tech Transfer (U-M) will advise on licensing and IP protection |

Scott Harrington – Former US Army Captain, is experienced in and will advise us on power requirements of heavy duty military vehicles. |
